About the Artist
Linda Navroth is a water media artist living and working in NW Washington State. She has no formal art degree, but has been a life-long artist in several media, including watercolor, oils, assemblage, collage, and photography, but her real passion is for watercolor.
Leaving most of the other media behind, for the past four years she's been focusing on water media (watercolor, gouache, casein, and watercolor pencils). Her subject matter ranges from landscape, marine, animals, and birds; nature is her workshop. She especially loves observing and documenting celestial events such as eclipses and conjunctions of the Moon with other planets, weather phenomena, and the transitional times of dawn and dusk.
